ABOUT THE POSITION:
AT HOVER, we are bringing products to the market that are transforming the home improvement industry. We are looking for an exceptionally talented full stack marketer with experience in direct to consumer marketing to lead the go-to-market for our fast growing Homeowner business. You will have a unique opportunity to shape the foundation of this business driving consumer acquisition and product adoption in a fast-paced and agile environment. You will be responsible for creating our consumer marketing strategy and executing the marketing plans together with a highly cross-functional team of marketers, business development pros, product managers and engineers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
